Get recognised and rewarded as you learn to dance.

The Award system is the backbone of learning Ballroom dancing, and learning a Dancesport Award - without a doubt - the premier way to accelerate your dancing knowledge and skill. Each week you'll progressively learn leading and following, and styling your movements to look smooth and confident when you dance. Beginners start at Bronze , but more advanced dancers might be Silver, or even Gold and above. You'll feel supported and encouraged as you learn to dance, with a friendly dance teacher who is there to help you at every stage. You'll start new dances at the beginning of each term, and the step by step program is perfect for you to absorb and achieve each new figure.

Learn Tango, Waltz and Slow Foxtrot, Samba and Cha Cha Cha plus more!

Pictured below is the National Dancesport Examinations (NDSE) table for the stages of learning that we recommend to make your learning as effortless as possible. Each term you'll commence and accomplish three dances, one from each of the styles of Standard Ballroom, New Vogue and Latin American dancing. With this gradual progression, you'll soon notice you can dance at any function, and to any music with ease.

Beginner (Bronze) Award

Beginners start with Bronze level. You'll feel proud of yourself as you gain skill, knowledge and satisfaction as you progress through each Ballroom Award. Each week a new part of the routine is taught so that you can master (and practice!) the steps at home. Plus, only available with the NDSE system, a video of the steps is emailed to you, to help you practice at home.
